Quick Start Guide

Welcome to Phresh by Execdry!

Getting started is quick and easy. Please choose whichever option is most convenient:

• Click the LOGIN button from the menu above to create your account and schedule a pickup; OR
• Download our app; OR
• Text or WhatsApp us your information directly, including:
  – Full name
  – Address
  – Email
  – Preferred pickup date
  – Credit card info including exp. date, security code, billing zip code

Pickup Instructions for Dry Cleaning

• Place your items for dry cleaning in a bag labeled with your name and Phresh Cleaners
• Our driver will knock and ring at pickup
• You may leave your bag outside if preferred
• Upon delivery, you will receive a reusable Phresh dry cleaning bag with ID tag

Wash & Fold Service

• Label your bag with your name, LAUNDRY, and Phresh Cleaners
• To separate darks/lights or dryer/hang-dry, use separate bags and include a note
• For special care items, place them in a separate bag with instructions
• Items are washed together in cold water unless otherwise specified
• Reusable white laundry bags are available upon request

Tailoring / Alterations

• Place tailoring items in a separate plastic bag inside your Phresh bag
• Mark the area needing repair with a safety pin
• Include a note describing the requested alterations
• Specify whether cleaning is needed or repair only
